Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of SEO experience across technical SEO, content strategy, performance measurement, and enterprise execution.
• 3+ years leading teams and developing managers/leadership layers; scale across multiple accounts.
• Deep knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization and Answer Engine Optimization.

Responsibilities

• Set the SEO vision and multi-year roadmap across client portfolios with KPIs.
• Elevate executive-level client relationships and guide high-stakes decisions.
• Establish and reinforce wide standards for SEO strategy, governance, QA, and delivery.
• Lead and develop senior talent (Directors, Associate Directors, Managers).
• Drive integrated solutions with cross-functional leaders to embed SEO in plans.
• Evolve the SEO toolset and tech stack for traditional and AI-driven search environments.
• Guide enterprise measurement approaches and executive storytelling.
• Leverage AI-assisted capabilities where appropriate while maintaining human judgment and quality control.
• Develop scalable frameworks and solutions for visibility in AI-driven searches.
• Support account growth by shaping SEO narratives for pitches.
