Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in HR technology leadership.
• 5+ years leading global teams.
• Deep expertise in Workday and its integrations.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in HR tech.
• Proven track record delivering large HRIS transformations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global People Technology organization (20+ team members across US/India) and drive strategy, delivery, and operational excellence.
• Own the technology vision for Workday and talent technologies, ensuring scalable, high‑impact platforms.
• Define the AI strategy for HR, including ethical use and predictive analytics in talent processes.
• Partner with People & Culture, Engineering and business leaders to translate people strategies into scalable tech solutions.
• Establish governance forums and joint planning to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure disciplined execution.
• Deliver operational excellence across the systems lifecycle from planning to deployment and support.
• Champion innovation and Generative AI adoption to improve scalability and self-service.
• Develop top talent and foster an AI‑first culture with ownership and accountability.
• Engage the ecosystem by evaluating vendors and emerging technologies to stay at the forefront.
