Serve as a strategic leader within the People Strategies Group. Oversee human resources operations, HRIS management, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, rewards & recognition programs, and employee engagement. Ensure that the credit union's workforce strategy, employee experience, and HR functions align seamlessly with business objectives. Foster a high-performance, engaged, and a mission-driven workforce.
In collaboration with Organizational Development, Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness, and Culture, ensure a comprehensive and people-centered approach to workforce management, and balance operational effectiveness with a strong workplace culture.
The expected pay for the VP People Experience is $153,148.58 to $190,900.58 per year.
