  • Maintains open communication channels to manage critical BSA/AML and Sanctions issues, serving as an escalation point and ensuring end-to-end transparency by promptly communicating material risks, blockers, dependencies, recommended actions, anticipated resolution timing, and pending decisions to business leaders and the Director FCRM Advisory.
  • Develops close working relationships with leaders, staff, and cross-functional stakeholders across business, technology, operations, legal, audit, and compliance to facilitate awareness, education, coordinated decision-making, and effective execution on business line issues in line with the Bank's risk standards.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements

Why This Role Matters

This role strengthens business continuity, regulatory readiness, and scalable risk management by connecting BSA/AML and Sanctions subject-matter expertise with practical execution across business and control partners.
