Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Product Expansion Vice President for J.P. Morgan Next within the Commercial Card business. You will lead innovation through end-to-end product development, partnership management, and cross-functional collaboration to deligth customers across the enterprise.

You will own delivery, communicate complex product benefits, and drive change while navigating a highly regulated environment with strong stakeholder visibility on timelines and resourcing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering high-impact and large-scale products, projects, or technology applications.
• Experience building, launching, and managing payments products with external partners.
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking about data products and their business impact.
• Proven ability to lead complex operational management and change readiness at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and deliver products on schedule.
• Knowledge of Innovation Economy and Emerging Middle Market needs from startups to growth companies.
• Understanding of releasing products in a complex regulatory and controls environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery, launch, and commercialization of the J.P. Morgan Next product, including intake, dependencies, release management, operationalization, and performance reporting.
• Manage external partnerships critical to product development, ensuring accountability and roadmap influence.
• Foster internal relationships to enhance efficiency and coordination across product, tech, and operations teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of technical specifications and clearly communicate benefits to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain visibility across timelines, resolve blockers, and coordinate with stakeholders and partners.
• Drive change management initiatives across partners, ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
