Job summary

The role partners with C-suite leaders to optimize reimbursement, advance alternative payment models, and align market positioning with high-value care delivery across the network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in payer contracting, managed care, or payer strategy.
• Proven success in complex payer negotiations within a large health system.
• Experience overseeing fee-for-service and value-based arrangements.
• Strong ability to evaluate financial risk and reimbursement methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, implement, and manage payer relationships.
• Lead contracting for hospitals, physicians, and networks.
• Align payer strategy with value-based care and financial goals.
• Advise senior leadership on payer market dynamics and policy.
