VP – Partner Alliance Management Leader – Multiple Partners

Location :

Position Summary :

The Vice President, Partner Alliance Management Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic execution required to maintain, strengthen, and expand Ness’ strategic alliance partnerships across its global Partner Ecosystem — excluding partnerships specific to the Data and Analytics domain.

This leader will work closely with the Global Industry Heads and the Partner Sales leaders to develop, maintain, and enforce alliance management standards, while driving the achievement of annual partnership objectives, revenue goals, and co-innovation initiatives.

Ness’ Partner Ecosystem spans across five core digital ecosystems, anchored by strategic relationships that include but are not limited to :

  • AWS (Premier Consulting Partner and Select Service AWS Partner)
  • Confluent (Premier Partner and Top Confluent Partner)
  • H2O.ai (AI and Machine Learning Partnership)

The Leader will be responsible for overseeing operational excellence, executive engagement, and joint go-to-market activities across these partnerships, ensuring that Ness maximizes strategic and commercial outcomes from each relationship.

In addition to direct alliance operations, the VP will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Learning & Development, and Delivery to design and implement initiatives that drive partner engagement, enablement, field readiness, and solution acceleration. The Alliance Management Leader will play a pivotal role in scaling Ness’ Partner Ecosystem by promoting strategic alignment, operational rigor, and measurable business impact across all channels.

The Vice President, Alliance Management Leader will oversee the full partner engagement lifecycle — from opportunity registration and operational governance to partner enablement, program expansion, and co-marketing initiatives — ensuring scalable growth and strategic value through Ness’ Partner Ecosystem.

Responsibilities :
  • Develop and maintain partner dashboards and reports that organize, track, and provide insights into partner-related opportunities, pipeline health, and key performance metrics.
  • Lead organization-wide enablement sessions to drive awareness and embed best practices for building, managing, and scaling successful partnerships.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for partner processes and programs and act as the primary point of contact for managing opportunity registration and partner engagement requirements.
  • Stay current on partner program guidelines and ensure opportunities are accurately and consistently registered.
  • Facilitate introductions between partner teams and Ness’ delivery and sales leaders to enhance collaboration.
  • Partner with Ness Delivery teams to ensure alliance-focused engagements follow best practices :
  • Assemble and communicate required project closure documentation ahead of project completion.
  • Ensure documentation is reviewed with both partner contacts and customer stakeholders.
  • Drive compliance with post-project activities that contribute to partnership success, including Customer Satisfaction surveys, Public References, Case Studies, and other metrics as needed.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for strategic alliance partners and oversee day-to-day partner engagement activities to maintain relationship health and operational excellence.
  • Manage and evolve partnership frameworks, operational standards, and governance processes to achieve partnership goals and ensure consistent execution.
  • Monitor and report on alliance performance metrics and partner scorecards, providing actionable insights to strengthen relationships and support revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate partner metrics and identify opportunities to enhance partnership ratings and contributions.
  • Drive strategic alignment across internal teams — including Cloud Practices, Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Learning & Development — to maximize the impact of alliances and joint initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers to identify low-growth accounts and areas for improvement, increasing visibility into team deliverables and strengthening partner satisfaction.
  • Champion partner learning and development initiatives :
  • Act as the primary contact for partner-sponsored learning opportunities.
  • Work with Ness’ Learning & Development team to ensure awareness, participation, and tracking of partner trainings and certifications.
  • Identify and address discrepancies between Ness’ internal training records and partner systems to maintain compliance and maximize partnership benefits.
  • Act as the point of contact for identifying and operationalizing co-marketing opportunities with partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote joint success stories, solution showcases, and customer wins.
  • Work with Cloud and Industry Practice leaders to create, operationalize, and promote Marketplace offers in alignment with strategic partner priorities.
