One of our companies is currently looking for a VP, Paid Marketing in the United States.

The VP of Paid Marketing will lead end-to-end strategy and execution for all paid media efforts across digital and traditional channels. This executive-level role is responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility through data-driven media investments. You will manage large-scale budgets, oversee agency relationships, and develop scalable media frameworks that support both short- and long-term business goals. This role requires deep expertise in performance marketing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to stay ahead of shifting trends in platforms, privacy regulations, and marketing technology.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead paid media strategy across channels including search, display, affiliates, social, video, and programmatic
  • Align media investment with ROI, CAC, LTV, and partner success metrics
  • Identify platform and consumer trends to evolve long-term media planning
  • Oversee agency selection and performance, balancing in-house and external support
  • Foster innovation and continuous optimization through testing and experimentation
  • Drive integration between paid marketing and product, creative, sales, and customer teams
  • Implement next-gen analytics tools to track and predict campaign performance
  • Establish KPIs focused on both immediate returns and long-term strategic goals
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of performance marketing experience, including 8+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven success leading marketing transformation and scaling paid strategies across large organizations
  • Experience managing media budgets exceeding $100M annually
  • Expertise in Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, affiliates, CTV, and DSPs
  • Strong background in marketing measurement, attribution models, and performance analytics
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to align creative and paid strategies for performance impact
