Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Holding is seeking a Vice President of Talent and Organizational Development to shape Charleston's future through people. You will design and lead the organization's learning infrastructure, including curriculum strategy, governance, certification pathways, and measurement systems across properties.

The role partners with executive and operating leaders to translate business needs into systems for leadership development, coaching, onboarding, and whole-person development,

Qualifications

• Experience strengthening organizational capability with measurable improvements.
• Proven ability to build capability systems rather than administer programs.
• Comfort translating strategy into teachable learning and development programs.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or Forbes Five Star environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish the organization's learning infrastructure, including curriculum strategy, governance, learning technology, certification pathways, measurement systems, and operating standards.
• Build integrated systems for onboarding, leadership development, coaching, and whole-person development across properties.
• Build and sustain a faculty of operators and leaders who teach, coach, and mentor within these systems.
• Protect system integrity by resisting shortcuts and ensuring programs align with business priorities and long-term capability.
