Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of proven leadership experience.
• Director-level role or above experience.
• Experience managing onsite and remote teams.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and technological skills.
• Proven track record of profitable growth for a sustained period.
• Strong operational and financial acumen; ability to develop and execute plans.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight to ensure profitability and efficiency across the company.
• Lead development and execution of full-scale operations and customer support strategy.
• Mentor and develop senior management and instill best practices from operations and sales perspectives.
• Assess SOPs, identify opportunities for improvement, and address strategic and tactical issues.
• Manage and report on key processes, budgets, and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with leadership to create annual business plans and forecast growth.
• Grow top-line revenue in partnership with Sales through strong client relationships.
