Job summary

The RLP Group seeks an accomplished Vice President of Operations to lead company-wide efficiency, financial performance, and scalable processes. The role requires strategic thinking, advanced analytics, and a proven track record in growing profitability through cross-functional leadership.

You will oversee budgeting, SOP improvements, and a remote and onsite team; partner with Sales to align operations with growth objectives, and mentor senior leaders to drive sustainability and excellence.

• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight, including financial planning, personnel, asset management, and profitability oversight.
• Lead the assessment and execution of a full-scale operations and customer support strategy.
• Provide professional management and leadership to senior staff and implement best practices.
• Assess SOPs, manage by exception, and address strategic and operating issues with exec leadership.
• Manage and report on key operational processes, budgets, and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop annual business plans and long-term growth forecasts.
• Partner with Sales to grow top-line revenue through customer relationships.
