Crescent Biopharma is seeking a strategic leader for Vice President of Pharmacovigilance to guide patient safety and PV activities. This hybrid role can be based in Waltham, MA or remotely from the East Coast, reporting to the CMO and building a global safety function across development stages.

You will interact with FDA, EMA, NMPA, and external providers, ensuring compliance and readiness for inspections while shaping safety strategy and decisions at the executive level.

Formación

• MD/DO/MBBS required with board certification or equivalent.
• 15+ years global oncology drug safety experience in biotech/pharma.
• BLA/NDA experience highly preferred; strong regulatory familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and build the Safety and Pharmacovigilance function across the organization.
• Establish safety infrastructure with a safety-by-design approach in development activities.
• Oversee safety surveillance, signal detection, and risk-benefit assessments.
