The Valuation lead will manage day-to-day valuation processes, develop financial models, and prepare analyses for senior management and the Valuation Committee, ensuring ASC 820 compliance and robust controls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business.
• 8+ years of experience in valuations, consulting, or relevant analytical roles.
• Experience with valuation techniques: DCF, comparables, precedent transactions; strong ASC 820 knowledge.
• Strong data analysis and clear recommendation skills.
• Effective project management with internal controls awareness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• Finance or accounting designation such as CFA or CPA preferred.
• Power BI proficiency preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day valuation process including reviews, analyses, and management presentations.
• Develop financial models to evaluate valuations across platforms; conduct stress-testing/back-testing.
• Coordinate materials for the Valuation Committee; present trends and drivers.
• Provide subject matter expertise on valuation projects, regulatory reviews, and market practices.
• Drive process improvements ensuring ASC 820 compliance and best practices.
• Develop strong relationships with key business decision makers.
• Act as liaison for external auditors and valuation firms.
