About The Role

The Client Services team aims to position Invisible as a trusted advisor to leadership teams of influential organizations, helping them translate innovation into seamless execution. We focus on understanding client needs and transforming them into integrated ‘human + technology’ solutions that unlock exponential business value.

As VP of Strategic Accounts, you will launch, maintain, and expand relationships within our most strategic accounts. You’ll act as a thought partner to senior executives, helping them navigate complex technical and operational challenges.

What You’ll Do
  1. Engage with Client Leadership: Serve as the primary contact for executive leadership, establishing trusted advisory relationships.
  2. Scoping & Business Development: Engage new client opportunities, lead discussions, understand needs, and define solutions leveraging Invisible’s capabilities.
  3. Pilot Oversight & Execution: Design and oversee pilot programs to validate solutions and demonstrate business value.
  4. Contract Negotiation & Closure: Lead negotiations, ensuring deals align with objectives and requirements.
  5. Account Growth & Expansion: Manage relationships, identify new opportunities, and expand Invisible’s footprint.
  6. Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate internally to align objectives and develop long-term strategies.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Growth, Operations, Product, and Tech teams for seamless service delivery.
  8. Customer Advocacy & Retention: Ensure high satisfaction and meaningful impact.
  9. Renewal & Expansion Management: Manage contract renewals and growth opportunities.
What We Need
  1. Experience & Expertise: Minimum 12 years in quota-carrying sales and strategic account management at Managed Services, Professional Services, or SaaS companies.
  2. Strategic & Consultative Approach: Ability to understand complex challenges and craft tailored solutions.
  3. Executive Presence & Communication: Proven trust-building with C-suite executives and enterprise sales navigation.
  4. Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Successful history closing enterprise deals over $10M ARR.
  5. Operational Acumen: Oversee pilot programs ensuring operational feasibility and impact.
  6. Autonomy & Adaptability: Operate independently with ownership and accountability.
  7. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.
