Seeking a VP to lead our clients global Social Media & Influencer Marketing division, driving strategic innovation for brand enhancement, audience engagement, and revenue growth. This role demands development and execution of global strategies for social media and influencer marketing, emphasizing creative storytelling and impactful content creation across platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a global social media strategy to align with marketing goals.
  • Lead global influencer marketing strategy, setting KPIs and overseeing affiliate programs.
  • Create content plans and metrics for success on key social platforms.
  • Implement global content guidelines and strategies for premium social assets.
  • Manage go-to-market plans for global campaigns and product launches.
  • Build social content franchises for community growth and engagement.
  • Direct media planning and budget optimization for paid social.
  • Develop platform-specific strategies, including playbooks and campaigns.
  • Infuse creative briefs with strategic insights for high-quality content creation.
  • Maintain brand identity and voice consistently across social channels.
  • Lead a high-performing social team to execute strategies and meet deadlines.
  • Oversee globally scalable content and regional localization strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize content performance across channels in real time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years in luxury brand marketing with a focus on social media.
  • 6+ years of management experience with proven campaign success.
  • Expert in digital platform continuity, especially IG, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Strong leadership in briefings and creative team management.
  • Analytical, with a data-centric approach to content testing and optimization.
  • Experienced in building influential marketing strategies with sales impact.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
