Job summary

Meazure Learning is seeking a VP of Security & Quality to advance testing security, quality, and operational reliability across remote online proctoring and onsite Test Centers. You will lead cross-functional teams including Technology, Product, Operations and Test Centers to embed safeguards, standards, and continuous improvement into all testing delivery models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant leadership experience in testing security, assessment technology, and exam integrity.
• Experience with remote online testing security, secure browser tech, test-taker authentication, proctoring platforms, and onsite Test Center delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing security strategy across remote online proctoring and onsite Test Center operations.
• Provide oversight for security practices and controls supporting integrity of testing environments.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Operations and Test Centers to embed safeguards into platforms and delivery models.
• Maintain and enhance testing security standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor trends in testing-security and recommend enhancements to protect exam integrity.
• Lead reviews, escalations, and resolutions of testing-security matters with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Test Center leadership to ensure secure test delivery and content protection.
• Support remote proctoring to verify test takers and preserve session integrity.
• Guide evolution of testing-security practices as products and client needs evolve.
• Provide leadership and reporting on testing-security metrics and program effectiveness.
