A leading bedding solutions company is seeking a VP of Sales to drive revenue growth and lead a national sales team. The role involves developing sales strategies across various product segments and building strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in sales leadership within the bedding industry and strong communication skills. The position is based in the United States and requires travel and a hands-on leadership approach.

As a VP of Sales you will have the opportunity to lead our commercial strategy across the furniture, bedding, retail and ecommerce product segments. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market share in products including toppers, pillows, and boxed mattresses. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the bedding industry or consumer discretionary products for the home, big box retail, ecommerce, and a proven track record of building high-performing sales organizations. The team you will be working with is collaborative and innovative, and values challenging work and diversity of thought.
The ideal candidate would reside in one of these locations, Atlanta, GA; Kansas City, Springfield, MO; Bentonville, AR.
Experience in polyurethane foam or related material technology strongly preferred
