Our platform helps businesses automate manual processes, reduce operational waste, and improve ag supply chain efficiency. We are scaling rapidly and looking for a strategic, data-driven sales leader to help accelerate our next stage of growth.

Position Summary

BinSentry is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization. This executive will drive strategy, execution, and performance across the sales funnel—from outbound development to enterprise deal closure. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in B2B enterprise technology sales, preferably in SaaS, IoT, or AI-based platforms, and has deep experience building and leading high-performing sales teams. You will be responsible for shaping go-to-market strategies, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring alignment between revenue targets and organizational growth. You will directly manage sales leadership and oversee the Director, Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Own the full sales cycle: from top-of-funnel lead generation to enterprise deal closing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to refine messaging, improve conversions, and drive retention.
  • Utilize data and CRM insights (e.g., HubSpot) to forecast revenue, track KPIs, and optimize performance.
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.
  • Represent BinSentry at executive-level meetings, key industry events, and partner engagements.
  • Lead with vision while remaining hands-on in complex or high-value sales conversations.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in technology sales leadership, with a strong emphasis on B2B SaaS, IoT, or AI platforms.
  • Proven ability to scale sales organizations and exceed multimillion-dollar revenue goals.
  • Strong operational acumen and familiarity with sales methodologies.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed and remote teams.
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, high-velocity environment with changing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence; able to inspire both internal teams and external clients.
  • Background in agriculture.
  • Background in industries undergoing digital transformation (e.g., agriculture, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 70%
