Job description

We are an established property management SaaS company focused on providing innovative technology solutions for the multi-family property management companies and REITs. We are looking for a talented Vice President of Sales to lead our expansion efforts and drive revenue growth within the multifamily housing market.

The role is remote with travel, but candidates be located on EST, ideally in New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, or Miami.

Job Duties :

  • Identify and engage high-potential clients, particularly within the multi-family housing market.
  • Strategically partner with REITs to maximize the utilization of our software solutions.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and develop persuasive proposals.
  • Negotiate and successfully close enterprise-level agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with product, implementation, and support teams to ensure client success.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting within the CRM.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • 7+ years of proven success in property management software (SaaS) sales.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring software sales professionals.
  • Demonstrated track record of selling to or working within the multifamily property management industry.
  • Familiarity and experience working with REITs.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities with a consultative sales style.
  • Highly self-driven and capable of thriving independently in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the East Coast region.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
