Job summary

Easterseals Goodwill North Dakota, based in Fargo, seeks a Vice President of Retail to lead its donated-goods retail across North Dakota and Minnesota service areas. This executive role combines strategic leadership with hands-on problem solving to scale operations, e-commerce, and merchandising.

The role requires building repeatable systems, developing leaders, and achieving KPI-driven results while traveling to stores and applying strong business judgment to grow revenue and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-location retail including donated goods, thrift, or resale.
• Experience with store expansion, e-commerce, and merchandising.
• Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, KPI-driven management, and SOP development.
• Familiarity with EOS or a similar operating system.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESGWND’s donated-goods retail across North Dakota and Minnesota service areas.
• Develop and implement statewide standards, SOPs, and KPI-driven management.
• Grow e-commerce, merchandising, and logistics operations.
• Hire, develop, and empower retail leaders across locations.
