We are seeking a results-driven candidate to lead and scale all aspects of our jewelry manufacturing and supply chain operations. This executive role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship across all product lines—from concept to finished piece. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in fine jewelry production, vendor and factory management, sourcing, and operational excellence. You will work closely with design, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure products are delivered on time, on budget, and to brand standards. This position will be stationed in New York.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the entire production process from prototyping and sampling through mass production, ensuring timely delivery, consistency, and high quality.
  • Build and manage worldwide supplier and manufacturing partnerships, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and capacity planning.
  • Implement system and process automations to scale production, reduce lead times, and optimize costs while supporting business growth.
  • Partner with design, product development, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely launches, high quality, and compliance with ethical and environmental standards.
  • Oversee sourcing strategies for materials (e.g., precious metals, packaging) and manage production budgets to drive profitability and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-9 years of experience in jewelry operations production leadership.
  • Strong critical thinking, planning, and business acumen, with the ability to thrive in a startup environment—you must be a builder.
  • Experience in leading operational initiatives end-to-end, managing stakeholders, and running multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
  • Extensive experience in jewelry operations, distribution, inventory management, and retail operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

$170,000 - $190,000 a year
