Job summary

AllSpice is building the workflow infrastructure platform for hardware engineering teams. As VP of Product, you will own AllSpice’s product strategy, roadmap, customer insights, product operating system, and the product team.

You will partner closely with the CEO, CTO, CRO, and GTM to define where the product is going and how it supports business growth. You’ll lead product discovery, strengthen the product operating system, and mentor a growing team of Product Managers while translating complex

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with leadership in a B2B software or hardware company.
• Experience building products for hardware development workflows such as ECAD/MCAD/PLM.
• Strong ability to own product strategy and roadmap for a complex technical product.
• Excellent customer discovery skills with enterprise buyers.
