Job summary

Royper Royco LLC seeks a VP of Product to define the product vision and lead the strategic evolution of a cybersecurity and resilience platform. You will own the roadmap, shape the portfolio, and influence pricing, GTM, and executive priorities while building the product management function from the ground up.

You will translate customer needs into differentiated offerings, drive products from concept to launch, and collaborate with engineering, UX, and sales to accelerate growth and market

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including senior decision-making for an early-stage B2B SaaS product.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or operational resilience.
• Experience with MSPs or MSSPs is beneficial.
• Experience building/leading products in operational resilience, backup, or security operations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to translate market research and customer feedback into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the product management function from the ground up.
• Define product metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure progress.
• Own and maintain product vision, portfolio strategy, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Manage feature backlogs, timelines, requirements, and user stories.
• Own pricing, packaging, and product launch strategies; collaborate with sales and support.
• Influence go-to-market and revenue growth through data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with engineering, UX, sales, and services to align goals.
• Represent customer needs and feedback across the product lifecycle.
