VP of Product – Cybersecurity AI | National Security & Critical Infrastructure Focus

A stealth-mode AI cybersecurity innovator is searching for a world-class VP of Product to help shape the future of national defense and critical infrastructure protection.

This is not your average product role. You’ll be at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and mission-critical systems , building next-generation threat detection and response capabilities trusted by the public sector, defense, and intelligence communities.

What You’ll Own

• Driving the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap across federal-grade AI cybersecurity solutions
• Partnering with engineering, data science, and GTM to bring powerful, zero-training security tools to life
• Engaging with senior national security stakeholders to deeply understand threats across OT, ICS, and CNI
• Championing innovation that aligns with initiatives like CISA’s critical infrastructure protection mission

What We’re Looking For

• Seasoned product leader with a strong background in structured, high-scale environments (defense, cybersecurity, or AI preferred)
• Deep understanding of critical infrastructure domains — especially those tied to national tax systems, defense, or utilities
• A credible, confident voice in the industry — capable of representing at events, panels, and CISO forums
• Humble, execution-focused leadership style with a bias for building and scaling teams around strategy
• Based on the West Coast ideally, though we’re open for the right person
