Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Senior VP of Certificate and PKI Technologies to lead global PKI strategy, cryptographic services and certificate lifecycle. You will manage CAs, RAs, HSMs and KMS across multi-cloud and on-prem environments, driving automation and risk controls.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in cybersecurity with 8+ years leading PKI/cryptography, and a strong track record in governance, standards, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with 8+ years in PKI/cryptography leadership.
• Deep understanding of TLS/SSL, SSH, code signing and HSM management.
• Experience with policy, governance, and audit (SOC2, ISO27001).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive global PKI strategy, cryptographic services and certificate management.
• Oversee CA/RA design, HSM, and key management systems across environments.
• Lead automation of certificate lifecycle to prevent outages and ensure availability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and manage policy and CP/CPS.
• Collaborate across Cloud, on‑prem, and IoT initiatives; engage vendors.
