Mercy College seeks a Vice President of Institutional Advancement to lead fundraising strategy, donor relations, and engagement with major donors. The role reports to the President and partners with MercyOne Foundation and College leaders to sustain and grow support for the institution.

Responsibilities include developing annual growth plans, managing donor portfolios, and coordinating across campus to achieve fundraising goals while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, or related field from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in fundraising and working knowledge of fundraising strategies and operations in a large, complex advancement unit or organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creation of a fundraising strategy with plans and campaigns to meet goals.
• Manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects and facilitate the President’s engagement with donors.
• Collaborate across college functions to implement donor cultivation and fundraising processes.
• Advise the President on relationship-building and fundraising opportunities to optimize time and impact.
