Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies seeks a Vice President of Organizational Development to design and continuously improve systems that drive company-wide performance. You will partner with Operations and Shared Services to redesign work, build capability, and accelerate adoption of initiatives tied to EBITDA and growth.

You will oversee talent lifecycle, align acquisition with culture, and drive AI-enabled workflows and ROI across the enterprise.

Qualifications

10+ years in direct operations management or multi-unit leadership, ideally in hospitality, multifamily, or high-touch services.
Proven ability to connect talent development to measurable outcomes.
Formal certification or deep experience in Change Management (Kotter, Prosci) with large-scale tech/AI integrations.
Ability to analyze complex workflows and design high-efficiency solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and continuously improve organizational systems that enable company-wide performance.
Act as a strategic bridge between HR, Operations, AI Product and Leadership; use data to guide decisions.
Oversee talent lifecycle, aligning acquisition and development to culture and scale.
Lead adoption of AI-enabled tools and embedded performance support to ROI.
