Job summary

Tutti Quanti, LLC in Salem, OR, seeks an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead and grow a custom manufacturing organization. You will oversee production, quality, safety, maintenance, warehousing, and shipping, driving throughput, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Reporting to the CEO, you will develop leaders, optimize capacity, and scale operations for future growth in a hands-on, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience in custom fabrication or engineered-to-order manufacturing.
• Proven use of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar CI methods to deliver measurable results.
• Willingness to work on-site in the greater Salem area.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing and custom fabrication operations, driving performance across production, quality, safety, throughput, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, using Gemba walks to understand workflow and identify constraints.
• Establish and manage production planning, scheduling, capacity, and operating rhythms for visibility and accountability.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement practices to improve flow and reduce waste.
• Develop supervisors and managers through coaching, clear expectations, and accountability.
• Evaluate opportunities to improve scalability and reduce reliance on labor through process improvements, automation, and capital investment.
• Partner with the CEO, executive leadership, and Board on operational strategy and capital investments.
