One of our portfolio companies is growing in the futures trading evaluation industry and we are looking for a Director of Operations to scale and manage our team to deliver the most innovative products/services with the best support in the industry for our users.

The company has a remote team and we’re looking for a self-motivated visionary to lead operations, scale teams, and drive innovation in futures trading evaluation. As Director of Operations, you’ll oversee day-to-day execution, optimize systems, and lead strategic growth while fostering an engaged, data-driven trading community. This candidate will work closely with senior leadership to set and achieve major company priorities to execute growth strategy initiatives while managing all aspects of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial operations and budgeting for the company.
2. Collaborate with the technology team to integrate and optimize systems and tools that enhance operational efficiency.
3. Coordinate and implement operational reporting processes; establishing KPIs and roadmaps to measure performance and growth.
4. Lead creation and content strategy to push new users to the platform in an organic outreach.
5. Manage multiple teams across multiple roles and proven track record of scaling a team.
6. Strong organizational and communication skills with proficiency in software management tools.
7. Propel customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven, customer-centric initiatives.
8. Harness industry influencers, pundits, analysts and micro-influencers and their social media platforms to create, amplify and distribute human-centric content.

Qualifications:

1. 4-8 years experience in an operations role, with at least one year in a senior role.
2. Experience/Passion for day trading in the Futures, Forex Crypto Markets is a Must.
3. Deep understanding of data analysis and creatively turning data in to revenue generating results.
4. Experience working across multiple software platforms in eCommerce.
5. Proven track record of successfully managing teams across multiple job functions.
6. Ability to prioritize initiatives and communicate clearly across the company.
