Job Description:
Meade Engineering is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Operations to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) and ensure operational excellence across every phase of our work. This critical leadership role oversees project managers, project coordinators, and senior leadership who are responsible for delivering complex engineering projects that serve mission-critical clients across the country.
You will be accountable for creating and maintaining the systems, tools, and leadership structure that support seamless project execution, proactive risk management, and high client satisfaction. Your focus will span portfolio oversight, resource planning, profitability monitoring, and process improvement-all while developing a high-performing team that operates with clarity, urgency, and accountability.
