Job summary

The Vice President of Operations provides executive leadership for manufacturing operations across seven facilities and serves on the Executive Committee. You will partner with senior leaders to shape corporate strategy, assess growth opportunities, allocate capital, and drive long-term operational initiatives to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring BS degree, servant leadership, multi-plant experience in food & beverage, and a track record of aligning

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-plant food and beverage manufacturing.
• Demonstrated servant leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to align manufacturing strategy with business objectives while building strong leadership teams and emphasizing safety, quality, accountability and CI.
• Willingness to work with some ambiguity in a complex environment.
• Plant start-up experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for manufacturing operations across seven facilities.

• Provide oversight for Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Food Safety, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Inventory Management, and Continuous Improvement.

The Vice President of Operations provides executive leadership for manufacturing operations across seven manufacturing and distribution facilities. Serve as a member of the Executive Committee, partnering with executive leadership to establish corporate strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, allocate capital, and execute long-term operational initiatives that improve profitability, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Provide executive oversight for Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Food Safety, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Continuous Improvement, and Plant Leadership.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• BS degree
• Servant leadership style with a coaching and mentoring approach
• Multi-plant leadership of food and beverage plants with a preference for ingredients
• Ability to align manufacturing strategy with business objectives while developing strong leadership teams and fostering a culture centered on safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Must be willing to work with a certain amount of ambiguity
• Plant start-up experience is a plus
