Job summary

Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead plant operations for a growing food manufacturing company specializing in sous vide solutions. The role is full-time, onsite, with a focus on operational excellence in Sterling, VA.

You will oversee production, maintenance, quality, inventory and distribution, driving productivity, managing KPIs and budgets, and ensuring GMP compliance while developing strong plant leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• 5+ years direct plant operations or production management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMPs, quality systems.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems and performance improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
