Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished, visionary, and decisive Chief Operating Officer (COO) to direct overall operations, drive organizational scale, and optimize project delivery and profitability in Bath, Maine, United States. As an executive pillar, you will oversee multi-million dollar operational budgets, unify preconstruction and field operations, champion world-class safety standards, and execute long-range growth strategies across corporate units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceptional executive presence, strategic acumen, and inspirational team leadership skills.
