• Significant residential mortgage leadership experience.
• Strong background in secondary markets and mortgage operations.
• Knowledge of pricing, underwriting, loan sales, and portfolio management.
• Experience with agency or correspondent lending.
• Proven team leadership and strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
