Job summary

Gold Bullion International is hiring its first VP of Media to own content strategy, editorial judgment, and production quality across GoldSilver and Wealthion. You will inherit a lean team and close gaps to scale audience growth while preserving independent credibility.

You’ll lead data-driven planning, define franchises, and decide format strategy. The role balances editorial control with business outcomes, in a hybrid NYC setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading content production at a sustained pace of 5+ long-form pieces a week or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience setting up efficient post-production pipelines to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Business growth mindset; partner with Marketing and Product.
• Direct people management of producers, editors, and on-camera talent.
• Advanced YouTube fluency: CTR, retention graphs, thumbnails.
• Experience owning a seven-figure budget and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Working with analytics and attribution (GA4, UTMs) to prove impact.

Responsibilities

• Set editorial strategy and production standards for GoldSilver & Wealthion—protect each voice while sharing infrastructure where helpful.
• Own data-driven topic planning using performance analytics and macro calendar signals.
• Define recurring franchises and expand IP into books, courses, live events as appropriate.
• Decide format strategy and cross-platform extension (Shorts/Reels, podcasts, etc.).
• Own packaging strategy to maximize organic reach without misleading clickbait.
• Maintain editorial integrity with legal/compliance review of scripts and thumbnails.
• Manage production calendar across roughly 10 long-form videos and 40+ shorts weekly, in collaboration with Producers and talent.
