A well-established food industry leader is seeking a Vice President of Marketing and Communications to develop strategic marketing initiatives in North America. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to enhance brand representation and grow audience engagement through innovative marketing strategies.
The Vice President - Marketing and Communications is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing external market strategies and achieving marketing targets in North America. This individual will partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
The responsibilities of the Vice President - Marketing & Communications include managing all external corporate and business communications to accurately convey brand image and philosophies. This individual will be primarily focused on marketing efforts within North America and will coordinate with international counterparts for Global brand consistency and awareness building strategies.

Education / Experience :
Language Ability :
Extraordinary verbal and written skills are necessary. The successful candidate / employee will be required to use written, verbal and group communication skills at an expert proficiency level. The ability to read, write and comprehend complex instructions and correspondences is necessary. It also requires the ability to read, analyze, create and interpret general business memos and documents.
Math Ability :
This position requires good business math skills.
Reasoning Ability :
The position requires pragmatic analyzing skills and problem-solving abilities.
Computer Skills :
Exceptional computer skills required in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and other appropriate software

Physical Demands :
This position may require long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. There may also be extensive lifting of supplies and materials. The use of hands and arms to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects is required. Occasional travel will be required, with business needs dictating >
50% in certain periods of time.
