Qualifications

• BA/BS required and MBA preferred.
• Extensive pricing and market access leadership in pharma.
• Proven track record in negotiating with payers and MCOs.

Responsibilities

• Design fit-for-purpose pricing and market access strategy.
• Lead channel and distribution strategies for products.
• Manage Outsourced Government Pricing and Claims/Rebate teams.
• Develop value-driven contracting strategies.
• Align access plans with commercial objectives and forecasts.
• Design patient support programs to enable access.
• Lead payer marketing strategies to communicate value.
