Job summary

Viventium is seeking a VP of IT to lead strategy, security, and day‑to‑day execution of global corporate IT and information security functions. The role reports to the CTO and oversees technology solutions across the U.S., Costa Rica, United Kingdom, Canada, and India.

Responsibilities include enterprise InfoSec leadership, regulatory compliance (SOC 1/SOC 2), vendor and license management, and technology integration of acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Experience as CIO, VP IT, or Head of IT with leadership of people and finances and strong InfoSec policy implementation.
• Proven track record leading enterprise IT and security across multi‑country environments, preferably in SaaS, HCM, payroll, or healthcare-adjacent businesses.
• Hands-on experience owning SOC 1 / SOC 2 audits and compliance programs.
• Proven ability to drive digital transformation with cloud, identity, data analytics, and AI.
• Experience leading post‑acquisition technology integration (identity, email, SSO, vendor consolidation).
• Strong project, vendor, and budget management; strategic problem solving and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develops long- and short-term IT and security plans aligned with company priorities and growth at scale.
• Oversees the enterprise InfoSec program for confidentiality, integrity, and availability of platforms and data.
• Leads security operations, monitoring, and incident response with external SOC/EDR partners.
