The mission of your role is to execute Acento’s strategic goal to grow the company through the acquisition of multifamily real estate assets located within one or more target markets within the East Coast Region. As Acento’s Vice President of Acquisitions, you report to the Executive Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, structuring, and closing of acquisitions in accordance with the current investment criteria and portfolio demands of Acento.
