WorkWave is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead, innovate, and optimize marketing strategies with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and results. This key leadership role combines data analysis, booking generation and technology to drive sustainable revenue growth while maximizing unit economics.
As the VP of Growth Marketing, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all demand generation, digital marketing, and customer lifecycle initiatives. You’ll lead a high-performing team to scale our pipeline, drive revenue growth, and maximize customer acquisition and retention. This is a critical role that requires a data-driven leader with deep expertise in SaaS marketing, digital channels, CRO and go-to-market execution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies focused on efficiency, scalability, conversion rates and improving CAC:LTV.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and business stakeholders to execute impactful campaigns across email, content, advertising, social, and sales enablement.
- Stay ahead of market trends, leveraging AI and tools to optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
- Own and optimize key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website CTAs, and lead-generation forms.
- Design and implement A/B tests, constantly iterating to improve performance and ROI.
- Experiment with innovative acquisition campaigns and channels to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Analyze campaign and revenue performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and strategic recommendations for executive-level stakeholders.
- Oversee the lead lifecycle, ensuring smooth handoff and alignment between marketing and sales teams.
- Implement best practices in account-based marketing (ABM), lead nurturing, and demand generation to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:- 10+ years in growth or performance marketing, with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven ability to directly impact metrics such as revenue, CAC, pipeline conversion and customer retention through past campaigns.
- Data Fluency & Analytical Skills: passion for analyzing and interpreting data to drive marketing decisions and improve outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, and Qualified.
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools and technologies, including prompt engineering and campaign optimization techniques.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnel dynamics and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Expertise in project management, with the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading teams, including demonstrable ability to coach and upskill team members.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and allocate resources to meet growth goals.
- Experience with demand generation tactics, including digital advertising (PPC, paid social), SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Expertise in driving pipeline growth and customer acquisition through innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders around common objectives.
- Excellent project management skills and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
