Job summary

WGI is seeking a VP of Finance to serve as a strategic operator partnering with the CFO, CEO, and division leaders. This role will own corporate forecasting, M&A modeling and diligence, as well as lender and board reporting, driving the operating cadence that aligns divisions to enterprise performance.

The candidate will build and lead a high-impact FP&A function, manage investor-grade reporting, and collaborate with First Reserve and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance or transaction services experience, with a meaningful portion in FP&A leadership at sponsor-backed, multi-site organizations.
• Demonstrated M&A track record: financial modeling, diligence, and post-close integration across multiple transactions.
• Direct experience with PE sponsor reporting, lender covenant management, and board-grade financial communications.
• Advanced financial modeling fluency and working-capital/operational driver models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate financial planning process — annual budget, multi-year plan, and rolling reforecasts — with CFO and division leaders.
• Drive M&A workstream of the 3-Year Strategic Plan refresh in collaboration with First Reserve.
• Build and maintain the enterprise long-range model: capital allocation, growth scenarios, NSR/EBITDA views by division.
• Support strategic decisions with scenario analysis on division mix, geography expansion, capital structure, and investments.
