The role partners with senior leadership to provide strategic insights, strengthen internal controls, coordinate audits, and guide risk management, shaping financial strategy and promoting sound business decisions in a dynamic live-events

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Experience with tax compliance and cross-border transactions.
• Proven leadership of finance teams and ability to mentor staff.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial activities: planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Ensure regulatory, legal, and tax compliance for a privately held organization.
• Coordinate external audits and manage internal controls and risk assessments.
• Provide strategic financial insights to leadership to inform decisions.
• Oversee tax filings at federal, state, and local levels and sales tax reporting.
• Partner with executives to support long-term strategic objectives and major initiatives.
