Merit Financial Advisors, headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, seeks a senior finance leader to head FP&A and Treasury. The role partners with the CFO, Accounting, Technology, and business stakeholders to build a future-state finance model, automate reporting, and provide actionable insights for growth and capital strategy.

The position drives budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and management reporting, delivering timely dashboards and strategic recommendations for boards and lenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA or other advanced finance credential preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive FP&A, Treasury, strategic finance, or private equity portfolio-company finance experience.
• Experience leading FP&A and/or Treasury teams in PE-backed or high-growth environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead FP&A and Treasury leadership, overseeing managers and analysts.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and KPI reporting.
• Develop and deliver board, sponsor, lender, investor reporting and materials.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, dashboarding, and data quality improvements.
• Partner with Technology, Data, and Accounting to implement scalable finance processes.
• Support M&A financial modeling and post-acquisition performance tracking.
