VP of Finance Location: Marietta, GA Industry: Consumer Services Company Size: Approximately $20M in annual revenue Position Overview A successful, entrepreneurial, privately held company is seeking a VP of Finance to provide financial leadership across multiple businesses and investments. The company has an established accounting team handling day-to-day accounting. This role will focus on cash management, forecasting, financial controls, capital allocation, and providing the CEO with strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on financial leader who can anticipate future cash needs, identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommend how capital can best be protected and deployed.

• Lead financial strategy across multiple entities.

• Advise the CEO on capital allocation, investments, and major financial decisions.

• Experience advising entrepreneurial CEOs or business owners.


• Strong accounting, reporting, budgeting, and financial controls background.


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


• CPA preferred.


• Private-company and multi-entity experience strongly preferred.


• Real estate, private equity, and M&A experience are a plus. Compensation Target Base

Salary

$220,000–$250,000, depending on experience.
