Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management, operations, building maintenance, or a related field in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the University’s facilities operations and services with accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Translate institutional priorities into effective facilities strategies and services.
• Partner with senior leadership and campus stakeholders to ensure alignment with the CFO’s strategic direction.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Public Administration, or a related field
