Responsibilities

• Own the people-first Empathy subsystem that the rest of 3M quietly depends on.
• Ship People Management experiments fast, kill the losers, and double down on what sticks.
• Keep 3M's MongoDB CI under ten minutes so Gresham, OR engineers stay in flow.
• Read the Empathy stack traces others skim past, and trace bugs to their root.
• Trace a technology number back through Kubernetes services until it finally adds up.
• Trim 3M's cloud bill by right-sizing the GitLab CI infrastructure in Gresham, OR.
