You will shape roadmaps, drive reliability and security, mentor teams, and partner with executives to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years leading engineering teams and navigating complex project lifecycles.
• Deep hands-on experience in telecommunications and network engineering (10+ years).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into engineering roadmaps and strategy.
• Candidate must be eligible to obtain a security clearance; DoD/government experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Turn company goals into engineering roadmaps and deploy them successfully.
• Lead daily engineering operations with an emphasis on resource optimization and budget discipline.
