With 12+ years in technology, you’ll shape architecture, strengthen CI/CD, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver reliable software with autonomy and clear accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own data integrity across testing environments to ensure accurate Charlotte metrics.
• Mentor new VP hires on networking architecture.
• Wrangle unit testing configurations so staging mirrors production.
• Defend uptime and respond to outages during odd hours.
• Identify and fix Git regressions in staging before release.
• Convert vague tickets into crisp Cypress acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure across NC teams.
• Lead Kubernetes design reviews to prevent costly mistakes.
