You will hire and coach team leads, coordinate with CTO/CEO, and drive a delivery cadence that accelerates key fintech initiatives for a growing Series A startup.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience managing software engineers, including managers or team leads.
• Proven track record delivering predictable outcomes in an engineering organization.
• Ability to convert ambiguous direction into scoped, sequenced work.
• Experience partnering with a CTO or technical founder on delivery.
• Experience at startups or small teams where processes were built from scratch.

• Own delivery across the engineering organization, defining sprint plans and timelines.
• Translate CTO's direction into scoped, staffed workstreams and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of team leads and hiring plans with CTO collaboration.
• Maintain on-call health, dependency sequencing, and cross-team coordination.
• Report progress to executive leadership with clear risk and acceleration options.
