Job summary

Lehigh Valley Public Media is seeking a Vice President of Development to lead fundraising, major gifts, corporate partnerships, and membership growth. You will build a strategic plan, coach a development team, and optimize CRM, analytics, and KPIs to maximize community impact in the Lehigh Valley.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive fundraising leadership in nonprofit, public media, arts, or community-based groups.
• Proven track record securing major gifts and building partnerships.
• Experience leading and developing teams through growth or organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy, major gifts, and donor stewardship.
• Grow corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and philanthropic opportunities.
• Strengthen LVPM membership program and donor engagement.
